Fees

The amount of the registration fee (in Russian rubles) for participation in the conference depends on the category of the speaker and the time of application:

  • students – 4000 rubles;
  • graduate students – 5000 rub.;
  • the rest – 6000 rub.

The same categories, but with an additional payment for express processing of abstracts (application submission August 3–16 inclusive):

  • students – 6000 ₽;
  • graduate students – 7000 ₽;
  • the rest – 8000 ₽.

Participation in the conference without a report:

  • students – free (no handouts);
  • co-authors – free (badge only);
  • others – 1000 ₽ (badge and one copy of the book).

The indicated registration fee includes only participation in the conference without accommodation. Accommodation options agreed upon by the conference organizing committee will be published in mid-August.

If participants are arranging their accommodation on their own, including using options agreed upon by the organizing committee, and they do not need individual contracts, the registration fee can be paid using the following details:

Purpose of payment:

За участие в конференции ММРО-2025. Без НДС.

The amount must correspond to the size of the basic registration fee specified by the organizing committee after registration of the application.

If participants need a personal contract, or need to include accommodation in the registration fee, it is necessary to agree on this in advance with the partners of the organizing committee at la-mmro25 -(at)-intring-(dot)-ru. Accommodation prices agreed upon by the organizing committee do not apply to these options.

Due to the increased number of applications submitted not in tex format, the conference organizing committee has decided to provide a service for translating such abstracts into tex format. The price of the service is 2000 ₽, regardless of the participant’s status and the subsequent fate of the application. The service implies the provision of the text in electronic form (not a scan) and all the illustrations used. Payment is made using the same details as for participation in the conference. The purpose of payment in this case is: “Работы по преобразованию файлов в формат tex. Без НДС.”
